WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Air Lift Company provides either a Limited Lifetime Warranty, 2-Year Limited Warranty or 4-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance 3H ™, 3P™, and 3S™ Control/Air Management Systems, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below. Qualifying for the extended 4-Year Limited Warranty on 3H™, 3P™ and 3S™ Air Management Systems and Accessories requires a purchase of the Air Management System with a front and rear suspension kit or four (4) Dominator Air Springs on the same purchase invoice or two invoices with a purchase date of each product within 45 days of each other.

Air Lift Company provides either a 1-Year Limited Warranty or 2-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance Performance Series and Slam Series suspension kits, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.

Air Lift Company provides a 90-Day Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance compressors, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.

Air Lift Company provides no warranty on Universal products, except when Air Lift Performance Dominator 2500 or 2600 bags, set of 4, are purchased with an Air Lift Performance 3H ™, 3P™, and 3S™ Air Management/Control System, which carries to the original purchaser a 2-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.

For all other Air Lift Performance products, Air Lift Company warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied, installed, or used; or which have not been maintained in accordance with installation instructions furnished with all products. This warranty does not apply and is void if damage or failure is caused by: accident; abuse; misuse (including but not limited to racing or off-road activities or commercial use); abnormal use; faulty installation; liquid contact; fire; earthquake or other external cause; operating the product outside Air Lift Company’s instructions, specifications or guidelines; or service, alteration, maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than Air Lift Company to the product from its purchased condition. This warranty also does not apply to: Universal Air (Fabricator Kits); consumable parts, such as batteries; cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product; damage caused by the use of third party components or products not manufactured or recommended by Air Lift Company; or damage due to modification or alteration from its original manufactured condition.

WHAT AIR LIFT COMPANY WILL DO

If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, the product, at the option of Air Lift Company, will be: repaired, replaced, or refunded at Air Lift Company's discretion. Air Lift Company reserves the right to request proof of purchase showing the date of original purchase. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Any product that is no longer under warranty but is repaired or replaced may have a new warranty applied to it for a limited time, which will be communicated to the customer upon completion of the repair or replacement. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO GET SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Air Lift Company customer service for a return authorization number. The customer must return the product, freight prepaid, along with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase to Air Lift Company. Any product returned without a return authorization number will be refused.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES: THE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AIR LIFT COMPANY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AIR LIFT COMPANY LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT AIR LIFT COMPANY’S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN.

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: AIR LIFT COMPANY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT WILL AIR LIFT COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER CLAIM. SUCH DAMAGES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME, AND ANY SIMILAR OR DISSIMILAR LOSSES, EVEN IF AIR LIFT COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No Air Lift Company dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

All product warranties begin on the date of purchase by the original retail customer. The warranty period is not extended if the product is replaced or repaired. Air Lift Company reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice.
