AST Suspension offers a two-year warranty on its products for most customers. However, the warranty does not apply to products used for abnormal purposes, such as motorsports. If a customer discovers a defect, they must notify AST within 14 days. The customer can then return the product to AST at no cost, ideally in its original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. AST will then decide whether to repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price
