SPEC Clutch Warranty Policy
SPEC warranties all products directly sold by SPEC or our authorized dealers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty is strictly diagnosis-based and all potential claims must first be recognized by our Tech Support team before an official claim can be opened. In order to prevent unneeded claims, SPEC will make every effort to reasonably resolve the issue. A detailed description of the issue is required for all claims and photos may be needed to help determine the cause. In certain cases the product(s) may need to be returned to SPEC for further diagnosis. Please see our return policy for further details.
SPEC reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine whether a defect in materials or workmanship exist. SPEC's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the product in question. Labor and storage charges are not products of SPEC and therefore will not be reimbursed. Final determination of the condition and suitability of the parts contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect all products before installation. If fitment or application is in question, contact SPEC immediately and before attempting to install the parts. SPEC will not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property that might be claimed as a result of the extreme use of components. There are no warranties expressed or implied beyond those set forth above.
