When Turbosmart began making performance products back in 1997, a great amount of effort was put into the design and manufacturing process to ensure our products created a new standard. More hand-crafted than mass-produced, Turbosmart products quickly gained acceptance within the performance community for their quality and reliability. Coupled with extraordinary service and after-sales support, Turbosmart quickly became one of the most sought-after names in the industry. Not much has changed since then. Although our product line and the company itself have grown considerably, the products are still designed and manufactured in our factory in Sydney, Australia, using the same tried and proven formula of innovative design, strict quality control, and rigorous testing. We have invested in our research facility manufacturing equipment and staff training to ensure our products continue to perform up to and beyond your expectations. At Turbosmart, we do not believe in cutting corners and half-measures. We do not accept anything short of perfection - and neither should you.
NOTE: We are experiencing delays in processing due to COVID-19. We are working around the clock to get your orders processed. In most cases, we are able to meet our standard processing times, however processing time may extend to 10 business days during this unprecedented time.
You will receive your order in the time allotted depending on your shipping choice, or sooner. Please note, the shipping time does not include processing time, which may take up to 3 business days.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days to process your order through our warehouses.
Business days do not include weekends or Holidays. Orders placed on Friday's after 12:00PM PST will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart and we can ship worldwide for most items. Worldwide shipping may be limited on large products, so please check in with our live support rep prior to ordering. Sometimes, our system cannot provide a shipping price. Please request an invoice from our live support or email support@BoltMotorsports.com to purchase your items.
We reserve the right to ship with a different method than selected if it gets the item to you faster or the shipping service is unavailable for your item. If you selected ground service, regardless of the carrier, we may use a different carrier than what you selected. Your tracking number will reflect the service we have shipped with.
Faster than standard shipping may not be available for your item. In these cases, a refund for the difference in standard and accelerated shipping will be issued back to your payment method and you will be notified.

We use all major Carriers, including UPS, USPS and FedEx.
Address Changes are only allowed on a case-by-case basis and within 14 days of the original order placement. Please reach out to our support team to see if your order is eligible for address change.
ALL Branded Merchandise such as apparel and accessories ship via USPS for domestic orders (First class or Priority based on weight).
